I haven't had any problems with them.

I will continue to use them.

I will use them again. They do a great job, they are very thorough, they are very good in getting stains out, they are always on time, they honor any discount coupons I have, and they are very reliable.

They could have cleaned it better.

I had them clean my floor and they are not good.  It was Stanley Steemer.  They told me, I used them a couple times before, they actually made my floor worse (inaudible), so they are the worst.  It took them 5 hours to complete the work.  Two people came to do the job and then two came to fix it after the first two people.

We always use them. They did great and the price was pretty good. The quality was great and they were very informative.

Even if the technician was amiable I would not use them again because of price and quality of work.

I have used SS in the past, and I will use them again in the future.  Got out stains I thought they would not be able too.  On time, and very professional.

When I rolled up my rugs there were no stain. When they came back from Stanley Steemer 1 of the 8X10 had some type of chemical spilled on it and of course no one said anything until they were return and Stanley Steemer denied they put it there.  It was the worst experience I ever had and this particular Stanley Steemer was out of Raleigh NC.  I would never use them again.  None of my rugs were properly cleaned.  They charged me $50 to pick up and $50 to return them which was ridiculous because I had a Stanley Steemer closer to my address and when I ask why did they come from over 50 miles away one way they stated it is the way they are set up in the system. By the way the rugs were worth over $500 a piece and I was only refunded $24 for my stained rug. I was charged the $187 even though I was not satisfied.  Do not pick Stanley Steemer of Raleigh NC to clean your carpets they are a rip off!  Of course they will come back with they did not do it!  Neither did I !

They were prompt, efficient, and very helpful.   I will definitely use them again!

They have always done an excellent job! They have done work for me twice. I have used a lot of different carpet cleaners in the past and Stanley Steemer is now the only company I will use. They are dependable. Scheduling is easy because you can do it online and it’s very convenient. They are always on time. These guys are just great!

I called at 2:00 on Saturday, September 21..  Two men came at 4:00.  They were professional.  They were courteous.  They said that they might have to come back, but I could call and they would.  Stains were showing by Sunday night.  The tv was not moved, even though I specifically mentioned that I was going to buy new furniture and rearrange the room and the tv would have to be moved.  The bed in guest bedroom was not moved.  I did ask if I should move things or help them move things and was told that they would handle everything.  I did move some things. I scheduled a follow up for Saturday, the 28th.  They were supposed to come between 10:00 and 1:00.  Someone called on Wednesday to verify that they would be here on Saturday between 10:00 and 1:00.  NO ONE CAME.  I called at 1:00 and was told they were running behind and would be here next.  I told them that I had waited all day for them to come as PROMISED.  I rescheduled for next Saturday for them to come finish the job that I have already paid to have done.

They were right on time and did a good job. They were professional and I liked the fact that they called when they were on their way. They were true to everythiing they said they would do.

We have used them several times and they have always done quality work for us. They are reliable, punctual, quick, and thorough.

I called early in the morning to make an appointment.  They came out the same day.  (They later mentioned that January is a slow time of year.)  Two men came and did all the work in two hours. They were pleasant and very efficient.  They took time to answer our questions.  We were very pleased with the results.
