They did an outstanding job They did all I asked and made suggestions to improve the job. Came early and we're done when I needed them to. Cleaned up when done. Even sweeped my floor for me. I would recommend them to everyone who needs painting done.

Howie was so awesome to work with! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He also has a great personality. We first spoke over the phone and he came to our home for a quote. We were finally able to agree to a day and time and he was able to also do a bit of repairs before completing the paint job. We definitely recommend him!

Without a doubt, Southwind Painting, Inc., was the best contractor I have ever worked with. Reliable, honest, punctual, hard-working, personable, and reasonable, are just a few words that come to mind. They also do quality work, and I am 100% satisfied with the work they did in my home and the project overall. I needed someone to paint my living room, stairwell, and 2nd floor landing. Also, the ceiling in the living room, the ceiling in the kitchen, dining, and short hallway needed to be redone after over 30 years of â abuseâ including some nasty water stains. I received multiple quotesâ ¦but Southwind Painting came in with a price I could live with. I am a senior living on a fixed income and Howie, of Southwind, worked with me, a complete novice to this type of thing, to make sure my project was reasonable, workable, all the bases were covered, and the scheduling was convenient. Howie, with his 40 years of experience, explained all the details about what I was to expect and there were no surprises with the job or the price. Howie took care of everything including the paint I had chosen. All I had to do was remove the breakables and items I could easily move. Howie and Todd moved everything else (and put everything back when they were done!). Howie and Todd arrived on time both days the project involved. Not 5 minutes late, or 15 minutes late, or within a 2-hour time frame. He said they would be here at 7:30 a.m. each day and they were here at 7:30 a.m. each day as promised. As soon as they arrived, they began working in earnest and didnâ t stop until the end of the day. Both gentlemen are professionals and excellent at their craft. They may have taken breaks, but I was not aware of them. They worked quickly, efficiently, and with much care. The walls and the ceilings look wonderful! They turned out better than I had hoped. And I do believe Howie and Todd enjoy what they do. Otherwise, how could a project go so well and with such wonderful results? I would highly recommend Southwind Painting, Inc. Better contractors, you will not find.

Howie is great to talk to and easy to work with. Price was exceptional over all others. Will definitely be using him for my exterior painting.

The owner Howie was a pleasure to work with. He came to do my free estimate in less than 24 hours. He arrived on time for the work, was very friendly, and was thorough with his work and clean-up.

I requested a quote on a Sunday morning and in less than two hours Howie was at my house to provide an estimate and walk me through everything. Howie and Todd did an amazing job painting my foyer, upstairs loft, hallway and ceilings for me in a timely manner. They arrived every day on time and never left anything a mess at the end of the day. If you want the job done right these two are ones you can trust, i'll be calling them for my other painting needs in the future!

We checked out 4 other painting companies before deciding on Southwind Painting, Inc. Howie (owner) was very easy to work with. He was upfront when giving us an estimate. He & his assistant were on time every morning & got right to work. They were friendly & courteous & would check with us every day to make sure we were happy with their days work. The job (small foyer, living room, kitchen & eating area, hallway & all the trim work in every area) was completed in 2 1/2 days. When finishing up, they did small touch ups on things that were not expected so the job looked finished & complete. And just as side note, Howie did offer the lowest estimate but also offered more work for the cost. Definitely would hire this company again.

Howie is always in close contact with us regarding our projects. He is prompt, straightforward, and never failed to deliver on his promise. He and Todd did an awesome job transforming our kitchen cabinets into a beautiful new look. My kitchen looks brand new. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and will continue to use Howie for future projects.

Howie and Todd worked miracles on our windows and trim. Our house is old (somewhat historical) with wooden double-hung six-over-six windows. They were in poor shape paint wise. Howie and Todd scraped, sanded, re-glazed where needed, primed, and painted. Now they look beautiful! Howie is a real professional. He spotted things (like a neglected transom) that I had not noticed and included that in his estimate. Plus, heâ s an honest and personable man. I will definitely hire Southwind for our next painting project.

I have enjoyed working with Howie. He was honest, professional and very reliable. He showed up 7:30 in the morning and worked until he got things done. The quality of his work is exceptional. I will contact him to do interior painting in my house in the future. I highly recommend him.

Howie was exceptional to work with. He told us his honest opinion on our project and was truthful the whole process. No surprises and confusions. We had dark brown kitchen cabinets painted to white. The outcome was fabulous. Will be having him paint rooms in our home shortly. Will always call Howie for future projects. Completely would recommend
