My 2012 Toyota Prius needed a new windshield, so I looked around for a while and SOS windshield inc was my top choice based on price and reviews. I called on Tuesday, and Al showed up next morning! He did a excellent job, smooth, efficient and extremely professional. It's never fun to have your car repaired, but for some reason, this time was a real pleasure. Thanks again Al!

Everything went smooth. Amy? met me at my work. She got right to work and had the repair done in about 15 minutes. She explained what she was doing and advised that the "spider cracks" would still be present but were filled with resin to (hopefully) prevent any further spread.

Everything was excellent. Fast quality service at my house and they worked directly with insurance for payment.

Al came to my house to install the glass on my car. After he left, I discovered an issue with the glass, and Al quickly got a new side glass, called me, and arranged to install it at my convenience. It looks great. He also handled everything through my insurance company. I like dealing with local family businesses. By the way, you may have to tell your insurance company specifically that you want Al to do the work.

It is professional, high quality and on time to replace my windshield for 2012 Honda Odyssey.

The young man from SOS did a great job and explained how long to wait for the glue to set before touching the windshield.

I gave SOS a call, we set up an appointment to have the windshield in my truck replaced at my residence. On the morning of the appointment, Matt gave me a call to say he'd be there shortly and then showed up promptly thereafter. The replacement went smooth and I'm no expert but I'd say he did a great job. I'd guess it took him over an hour to complete the job (which made it nice to be at home and be able to carry on with my own duties in the meantime). Both Matt and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone were very professional, friendly and thorough. The price for replacement was very fair. I'd highly recommend SOS Windshield.

The service was excellent! I contacted several other companies both on Angies List and the Yellow Pages and found the excessively expensive, not able to schedule me for 2+ weeks and seemed disinterested in offering me their services. SOS had friendly and helpful personnel on the phone, they scheduled promptly and surprisingly came to my home and replace my windshield competently and at a very competitive price. I will immediately use them again if I need such services, I have already recommended degenerated for my neighbors who saw their service truck at my address.

Was a very good experience. They did a fine job. They came on sight and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again. We haven't has any issues with leaks. The guy was prompt, quick and did a good job. I don't have any problems. He showed up on time. He was prompt, curious and thorough. Reasonable quality work, courteous prompt service.

Great. Al came to our house to replace the windshield. He was on time and did a great job. He explained how to work with our insurance company. The insurance company paid for the replacement. When we needed a second car windshield replaced, we called SOS again. I highly recommend them. They were very professional and pleasant to work with.

Great experience. Al was excellent to work with, accommodating to our difficult schedule and got the work done quickly. Al was able to save my son's parking permit sticker that was affixed to the window, saving him the hassle of getting it replaced. Work was done about a month ago and there have been no issues. Will definitely use again in the future if we need windshield repair or replacement.

I had a great experience with SOS. The owner was friendly on the phone, they provided a $10 Angie's List coupon that dropped the price a bit below the competition, and the gentleman that came to my house to install the windshield was punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job with the installation, clean up, and moving over the accessories from the old windshield to the new windshield.

This is a father-son business. The son is extremely professional. He came out to my place of business in Cary. He made sure to ask if I needed to keep any of the stickers on my windshield. I have an automatic car starter receiver on the ws and he was very careful about removing it from the old ws and affixing it to the new one. He ensured that it still worked (we tested it) once he completed the work. No leaks after a rain. He handled all paperwork with State Farm. SOS has my business FOREVER.

Car windshield was SMASHED in completely by ice falling off roof. Called Al and he came the next day and replaced the windshield the next day. Excellent communications on phone, called in advance to tell me when he would arrive, and replaced windshield in driveway. Only took about 90 minutes, and installation was perfect. Took care to vacuum/clean all of the broken glass in the car. I highly recommend SOS Windshields ... great family business.

Excellent job. Al sent me a quote the day that I asked through his web site, and the price was very reasonable. This is a family business and Johnny (son) was very professional and did an excellent job (even entertained my grandson who asked a million questions during the process :-) ). Very friendly and courteous -- highly recommended.

A part broke during the install and Al had ordered the replacement and performed the work ASAP. I'd highly recommend this person for any windshield work.

Great. I live a long way from Al, so we meet at a convenient location halfway and it takes about an hour to him to do the work. He's very professional, punctual, and does a great job. This is the second time I have used his service.

I called S.O.S. yesterday and scheduled the service today. Al called to give me a heads up that he was on his way. He arrived, replaced my windshield, and was on his way. No fuss, no muss. Couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks, Al!

I found Al of SOS Windshield, Inc. here on Angies List and I have been very happy with my experience from day one of reaching out to Al, the proprietor. He responded promptly to every email with details and knew exactly what products to offer based on the make and model of my vehicle. His price was very reasonable and even though I had to initially postpone the work, once I contacted him again he was ready to assist me even on short notice. Al showed up promptly and finished the work in what was an impressive timeframe. I needed to go to the bank to get money for his payment, he waited patiently while I ran into traffic and what seemed like little hurdles before making it back. This man has a professional but very pleasant manner and I would highly recommend him. My windshield looks great and we are not bankrupt.

Al was very responsive and pronpt in contacting me. I had an uncertain work schedule and Al made it easy to work around it. Price was competitve with the auto glass company suggested by my auto insurance carrier and he was able to complete the work in my driveway the very next morning. Very professional and a nice guy to boot!!

No problems at all. Very pleased. He came to my place of work and installed a replacement windshield in my Honda Accord. Arrived on time. Charged what he said he would. Finished quickly. No issues with installation. Pleasant to work with. Took away old, cracked windshield. It's now 10 weeks later and there have been no problems with the installation. No leaks. No whistles. No cracks. Nothing at all to complain about. I should say that I opted to order my own windshield from Honda and had that delivered to me separately. I brought that windshield to my place of work for him to install there. The charges for that windshield were separate and were not included in the $185 reported above. That was my own decision and he was happy to work with me in that manner. I generally opt for Honda factory parts as opposed to 3rd party parts.
