Excellent service. The owner was able to identify and resolve the issue within minutes. Our previous HVAC servicer, ARS, failed to find the simple problem in three visits by three different technicians. RPS is now my preferred service company. Goodbye ARS.

Ray came out to give me a quote for a new HVAC. Ray asked about the problem that I was experiencing. Explained the problem which Yellow Dot could not (maybe did not want to) resolve in the past two years. Ray went through his process of elimination steps to isolate and identify the issue. He noticed and identified possible issue while we were standing in front of the furnace. He resolved the issue within an hour. His prices are reasonable. Highly recommended! He is honest and won't tell you to replace your HVAC unless it absolutely needs to be replaced. I will call Ray for all of my HVAC service and repair needs from this point forward.

Professional, friendly, fast and knowledgeable service! My long time service company wanted to charge me through the roof and Raymond's rate was so much more reasonable without hearing the competition's pricing. He connected my wall units, checked the attic and outdoor components, set up both units on my app and made sure I felt comfortable controlling the new set up. Definitely changing my regular HVAC maintenance and repair needs to RPS from now on.

Raymond and his workers installed a new Ruud heat pump in our house in June 2020. The install went quickly and Raymond took the time to explain how everything worked. A few months later, the system wasn't heating/cooling anymore and he came out promptly to take a look. He found a small leak in the refrigerant line, repaired and recharged the system in about an hour. Very professional, reliable and responsible.
