Robbie Blake, owner of R&B Painting, has done several other jobs for us.  He agreed to do this small job while here working on our kitchen.
His company pressure washed and painted the exterior of our house about two and 1/2 years ago.  After replacing an existing deck and adding a screened porch, he did the painting and staining.  We have been very pleased w/ the work done and have thought the pricing was reasonable.
Most recently, he agreed to do the painting on a kitchen remodel we had underway.  We were very pleased when we learned he would be able to repair some patched holes in our plaster walls w/ sheetrock keeping us from having to find an additional repairman.  
He is easy to work with and is here when expected.  His crew does a good job of cleaning up before they leave.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable painter in the Raleigh area of NC.

It went great. Robbie returned my email the same day I contacted him. He came the following day to give me an estimate and was able to begin work the following week.
They always arrived on time and worked hard all the time they were here.They moved the furniture and put it back in place at the end of each day.They cleaned up each day so that I could use the house as I needed. 
Robbie paid close attention to any nail pops and other sheet rock nail holes,etc that needed to be repaired. He even hung new towel rods for me.
My walls look great. I will be using them in the spring for painting the outside of my home.

I do a lot of the house painting myself, but the exterior and deck were definitely better done by some one else. I asked my local Sherwin-Williams shop for some recommendations on small paint companies, where owners are doing work. They gave me 3 companies and I received quotes from all 3. R&B Painting was the mid range quote. I selected Robbie's company because he was direct about what he saw on the house and what needed to be done. He provided a quote via email and was patient with questions and let me know exactly what they would do over the course of week - no surprises. He was also very helpful in providing options that fit my budget when we discussed adding on the sealing of the lanai (Florida style screened in patio). He runs a small crew who are polite, quiet and very good at what they do. The prep work was done neatly; all the lines are crisp and the house looks great. All I had to do was walk out and admire their work.
