We know each home is different, that’s why we offer different packages that are tailored to your home’s needs. *Basic Cleaning*: Moderate detailed cleaning for homes with not too much build up and average dust. Emphasis is on wiping down top surfaces, dusting and floors. *Deep Cleaning*: This package focuses on cleaning a home from top to bottom with an emphasis and focus on build up. Most tasks are wiped or scrubbed by hand. *Move-in/Move-out Cleaning*: Designed for homes that are empty and need a top to bottom cleaning to get them ready to be put on the market or for move in purposes.

"So sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our team. Your home was the dirtiest home we have ever seen in our many years in the business. We took every step possible to make sure we cleaned everything in your home. I had to throw many cleaning rags to the garbage due to them being just too dirty to be washed and be reused in other homes. Two of the ladies in my team had to take Tylenol for their headaches after leaving your home. It’s not easy writing all of this but I think it’s best if we hear both sides of the story. I understand that this review is about the small price increase more than anything and I’m sorry you were not happy with that. The price increase was only $15 every 8 weeks. About the grades you gave on your review: -Responsiveness you gave us a C. I responded to all your texts and emails within just a few hours. I’m even responding to this review within a few hours of you posting it. -Professionalism you gave us a C. I believe to have been extremely professional with you up to my last email. My team was courteous and took great care of your home. -Quality you gave us a C. You expressed to me that you were really impressed with our service and told me more than once how good of a job we did. You even asked me to sign you up for our recurring services. -For Price you gave us a B. I would’ve expected this to be the lowest grade, given your review, but I’ll take it. This response has not been an easy one, it’s actually the first negative feedback we’ve ever gotten. I will take into consideration all you’ve expressed in your review. My goal is to make all my clients happy; I’m sorry this wasn’t the case with you. It was really nice to meet you and I hope you find a company that will meet your budget. Have a blessed day."
