Mike's Heating and A/C has provided Spring and Fall maintenance for my heating and a/c unit for 10 years. Mike is professional, courteous and honest. He either answers the phone directly, or returns my voicemail message promptly. He has always arrived at the date and time we agreed upon.
Mike found an issue with my heating unit several years ago and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what had to be replaced. He then took the extra step to find out the unit was still under warranty, which ultimately saved me money for the repair. I went without heat for no more than 2 days (which was due to waiting for the part to arrive).
Mike has always been honest with me about the condition of my unit. He has made recommendations to me on how to keep things running smoother. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, courteous and professional heating and a/c person.
