 + -1 moreThe experience has been pretty good. Installation was free and I received two key pads. I've had a few problems with the system and it took quite awhile for someone from the company to return my call, which is frustrating when the thing is making weird beeping noises every 15 seconds! But the salesman Steve Baker has been great, on one such occasion he made sure that someone came out to fix the problem. He even called me to follow up that it had been done, I've never experienced that before! The service people are very friendly. And for only $29.95/month, I feel very secure in my home.
