I hired Mark Jenkins to replace broken siding and paint my house. Two months later, Mark was only half done with no plans to complete the work. He was not on the job more than he was on the job and always had excuses for why he couldn't work. Additionally, his work was not very precise and he frequently left the job site a mess.
