On his first visit, Will measured and took down the details of my project. His office e-mailed me the next day with a written estimate of the job and provided a contract that ensured we both knew what we were getting into. They required a third of the money down as a deposit. Once my deposit check cleared, Will called and set up a time to start the job. The first day, he asked for enough money to cover all the materials (which was only slightly more than the deposit amount) and went to work. He and his assistant completed the job in less than three days. Since it was dark when he finished, Will came back the next morning to take one more look to ensure that everything was in good shape. It was, and I paid him the remainder of his fee. We are very happy with the results.

The work was done on schedule while we were on vacation nad the site was clean and the work was done professionally. No leaks since the repair was done. We were allowed to pay by phone once the work was complete.

Will scheduled a free estimate at a time that was very convenient for my husband and I. He was prompt and gave a thorough estimate. He explained the cost of supplies, labor and the options we had. He then apologized he could not get out sooner - he could be there Friday! A two day turnaround! (Our other estimate was for $2k and months before it could be done.) Will was back out to our home Friday as promised. He took exactly as long as he said it would. While he was there he used some of the leftover siding purchased for our chimney to repair a damaged piece on the side of the house as well. I have never had a contractor use the remaining supplies to fix something else. He did a great job - it stormed all day yesterday and the roof no longer leaks! I would highly recommend him as a handyman. If you need something done - call him and he will let you know if he can do it or not. We are planning to use him again in the near future.
