everything was fine.

It went very well. I'd had the fence installed about 4 years ago by Lowe's contractors. Over time, the latch has broken and the gate unhinged. I needed help with steps to repair the fence and the appropriate latch to replace the original. The agent was very helpful. I was able to order the replacement pieces (weren't instock, so had to order and wait).

Purchased $5,000+ in new Mohawk Cheyenne carpet from Lowes. Install was by Watsons Flooring, which did a poor job - bad seaming, excessive damage to baseboards and walls, including cracks, chips, popped nails. Carpet also contained factory defect - a large line running down middle of entire roll. This is now visible in all rooms of our house, multiple times in the hallway. Have spent last month trying to get this corrected and in the process reps from Watsons, Mohawk and Lowes have all been involved. They don't seem interested in fixing the problem, just passing the buck. So I would encourage you to go elsewhere for your carpet and flooring needs.
We used our Lowes credit card and will be protesting this purchase and have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We are also considering legal action.Very disappointed in Lowes - this was our first new home together, and came on our 5th anniversary - which they have totally ruined. We have sold our old house but unable to move until the whole house full of carpet is replaced. They have done nothing but be slow in returning phone calls, not follow up timely, pass the buck.

The staff at Lowe's helped me to make a decision on what to purchase since there are so many different choices. I originally was going to get a front loading, after speaking to sales person she leaned me towards getting a top loading for different reasons and I am pleased with it. They hauled out the old washer and dryer and put in the new set. I really like Lowe's and my husband does to because of the quality of their merchandise and selections. It is a good brand.

I HAVE LOWE'S OUT HERE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH SO YOU CAN TELL I USE THEM A LOT AND I REALLY LIKE THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE CLOSE BY AND CONVENIENT AND I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU CAN BEAT THEIR PRICES. PLUS, THEIR WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR AT LEAST A YEAR.
