A friend of mine recommended Rich after he did her backsplash. We had some trouble getting going because of the winter storms but communication was great. We worked through it and coordinated with my work schedule. The backsplash looks great. I heard glass tile can be tricky so I wanted to be sure to get someone who knew what they were doing. Rich had some good suggestions and did exactly what I wanted. Very professional guy.
