Wow, Joe Mathis puts all his effort in helping you find the perfect place !! He had 2 dozen homes for me to consider that met all my criteria. Took the time to go view homes on several different days. Was available by phone any time day or night by cell and on the rare occasion that he was not available he would return my call as soon as he could. Even though his office was in Garner and I wanted a home in Cary/Durham he had no problem looking into homes and showing them to me. This is my 3rd and hopefully the last home I will own and I was a bit out of my league when it can to the particulars of inspections, bids and counter bids but Joe explained everything extremely well and made suggestions, then I was able to make an easy decision Its also a pleasure when he would drive me to the homes (not all provide this) so I could look around at the areas surrounding the home. Joe had an array of specialists at his disposal-all with great reputations so I was very comfortable with their opinions with regard to inspections and assessment. The entire process from first showing to "sign on the dotted line" was enjoyable and with no stress or issues to deal with If I ever need to find another home I would call Joe again-and no other
