I would highly recommend this company to my closest friend because their customer service and customer focus was outstanding!! First, I received quick response to my inquiry about service. Then, I received an email to select a time and date sooner than I originally requested. The service technician arrived on time and gave me an assessment of the service needed. He worked efficiently and completed his task in a timely manner. Afterwards, the technician fully explained his work and gave several suggestions for preventive steps to assist me in keeping the garage in tip top condition.

I officially have a new garage door service provider!  
As I was trying to leave for work on a Thursday morning I discovered that my garage door spring had failed and the door would no longer open.  After going through the hassle of opening and closing the door manually, dropping off the kids, and getting to work I called a provider I had used in the past and was told a spring replacement/conversion would cost approximately $350 and they could work me into the schedule "sometime next week".  I couldn't get an exact time because he was "on the truck" and I'd have to call back.
So, I hit Angie's List and found Garage Door, LLC.  I called and the owner answered personally.  After a brief conversation he was able to ascertain what was needed, quoted me a price significantly lower then the other company, and we agreed to a service time of 11AM (only 90 min after our phone conversation).  His technician arrived exactly on time with everything needed to complete the job and, 45 minutes later, was pulling back out of the driveway.  Not only did he replace the spring, he also took the time to inspect and lube BOTH garage doors and tracks, not just the one he was working on.
Excellent provider and highly recommended.  Garage Door LLC will certainly be my first call in the future.

The company founder  came out and talked to me initially.  He was very knowledgeable and presented me all the options available.  He did some minor repairs on the door to last me until the service call, free of charge.  The actual replacement happened a week later and was done professionally by the technicians.  Overall was a very pleasant experience.

Mr. Bailey responded to my call the same day. He made a repair so that my door would open properly. I inquired about a whole new door (which he could easily have sold me), but he suggested some decorative trim instead. He came back two days later to install that. He also fixed my flag which had become tangled! This vendor was professional, friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with the quality of service received that I had to leave a comment. I thought my only issue was that my garage door didn't close all the way. The technician quickly determined that my door was opening a foot shorter than expected. Both issues were resolved in a matter of minutes.

They didn't try to up-sell us. They told us what our options were. They made sure our installation was up to code.  They cleaned up after themselves. Showed up on time. Sherwood Bailey was attentive in giving estimates and following up with those estimates, without bothering us about it.

Went so so;  Took a long time to do it and then forgot the new keypad installation.

They were here within 30 minutes of my call.  Fixed it within an hour!  Very helpful and great price.  Will absolutely use them to replace the door when we remodel.  HIGHLY recommend!
