Tammy and her crew were very professional. Tammy came to my house to show me some samples and explain the flooring process. The installation team was on time for my appointment and super nice. Very neat and clean, would definitely recommend using them.

Tammy Bliss owner of Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job. She was professional but friendly and made the process of selecting our carpets easy and convenient with the mobile showroom. The ordering, scheduling, installation and clean up process was easy and she was hands on throughout and followed up to make sure we were pleased with the final outcome. The installation crew were knowledgeable, efficient and work extremely hard. I would hire them for any future projects without hesitation.

Carpet - Install
Tammy and her team were good to work with. She gave a very thorough presentation without 'sales pressure'. I chose her business based on her business plan and professionalism. She was accommodating on scheduling appointments and called when she and her crew were going to be delayed. I didnt feel like I was 'in limbo'. I had a last minute need to have some linoleum installed in a short timeframe. The material wasn't available locally and she offered to have it shipped from another location. After linoleum was installed I had questions about some bubbles and she quickly had the installer meet me who took the time to explain it to me. Initially I contacted her for carpet installation which installed without any problems. The install team was quick and did a great job. I'm happy that Tammy was able to complete both jobs without a hitch! Very happy customer!!

Tammy and crew were professional from estimate to final payment. She worked with me to help me understand process and what best met my needs. They were always on time and worked to make me and my family comfortable during the install. She beat all other estimates and gave me a chance to live with my purchase before final payment. I can't say enough positives about this purchasing experience. I will look to Flooring Covering International for any future flooring needs.
