There are no words to describe the staff, the workers and the quality of the fencing installed less than great!!! It started with Anthony, and me changing my mind about 3-4 times in which he never hesitated to update me on the new cost it would be, always in a friendly and professional manner. I added some xtra features hoping they would " get it" and understand and apparently they did! The fence turned out even better than I expected. Absolutely beautiful! Also, a must for me was using at least a #2 grade lumber which was standard for them anyway. Totally satisfied, need more work done and these guys will be the ones doing it no questions asked. Thank you!

Recently purchased a home in a golf club community with very strict regulations in regards to fencing. Contacted a couple of fencing companies and Fences Unlimited was the first to respond to me in a timely manner. Fences Unlimited went above and beyond with developing site drawings to help me submit to our HOA/ARC for final review. Their response time, professionalism, & community courtesy during the installation was superb! I would recommend this "First Class" company for any fencing needs to anyone! The entire process was fantastic. The original on-site estimate was very professional and informative, and when I made a few changes between the estimate and the installation they had no trouble making the adjustments. They contacted me earlier than expected for installation and came out for a final walk through. They started work the next day and had it finished in two days total. The install crew was very efficient, friendly, clean, and most importantly...skilled. The finished product exceeded my expectations. They did a great job matching the terrain (which was difficult in some locations), they even dug into the ground to create a seamless transition from the 6ft to 5ft transition rather than a sudden drop, so the top is nice and uniform. They also did a great job cleaning everything up when they were completed. Overall I was thoroughly impressed. The finished product looks great, and the price was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend them in the future.

We hired this company to remove the chain link fence surrounding our backyard. The contract said they would take down the chain link fence, cut it down to ground level, and use a sledge hammer to knock the posts down more. An older man made a "cursory" attempt to pound the posts, but he used something that was not a traditional sledge hammer and it did not do the job. My husband, a 63 yr. old heart patient had to use a real sledge hammer to finish the job, as many posts were left above ground level and were a hazard. The contract also said the crew would remove all materials, but they left a very large bundle of wire in the backyard, plus a ten-foot piece of wire, plus several fence post tops, and dozens of short wires which are also hazardous when using a lawn mower. The cost was $450, which I thought was reasonable; however, I would have preferred to pay $1000 to a company that would have done the job right.
**Update: Due to my husband's work schedule and other obligations, it was the weekend before he was able to get outside and see how the job was done. I was not able to contact the company because it was a holiday weekend. We felt we had to go ahead and fix it as it was hazardous to leave things as they were. The company has since contacted me and offered to send someone out to see if they can rectify the problems, but my husband has already fixed it himself. We appreciate the company contacting us to see about fixing the problems they left, but we are leaving this review up because we feel the job should have been done right the first time.

You did not give us any chance to do that so how can we try and fix what we do not know is broken. I got your email and message today Monday 11/30/15 as we were closed from Thursday until today for Thanksgiving. Brad plans to make a visit to your home today to see if there is anything we can do to try and make this right. Again I am sorry for how you feel and that you felt you needed to do the work yourself when a simple phone call would have been all it took to get someone out to do it for you. I am sorry they did not do that in the first place but communication is needed in order to make corrections to problems."

The lumber was available to be looked over before installation, and it looked just as the HOA for the neighborhood asked.
Day 1 all fenceposts installed and set in concrete. Day 2, all framing and half of the pickets installed. Day 3 remaining pickets and gates installed.
Everything looks perfect, the workmanship is spot-on, and solid. I'm very happy, and would use these guys again.

Aaron came to do the estimate. He listened to what we wanted and spoke confidently about the available options and his recommendations for our yard. It took a few weeks to order the alumninum fence we wanted, but then the crew was at our house and worked steadily for 4 days to finish the job. Communication with the owner and the crew was efficient and effective. They did exactly what we expected and the fence looks great. One of our best and smoothest experiences with a contractor.

I called them & got an appointment with James Aaron Shobe to come measure & give me a quote. He recommended a survey first to eliminate any legal problems later. I took his advice. I called them back ready to roll after the survey report was complete. They installed the fence within a couple of weeks. The fence looks gorgeous. I didn't have to pay any money up front (no deposit).

It was a very positive experience! Emmett, the owner, came to the house to meet with me. I had a couple of options I was considering. He was awesome! Very friendly and easy to talk with. He gave me pros and cons of each suggestion. He did his measuring and I had pricing the next day. We then asked Emmett to come back out to look at another option. I had that pricing the next day. All of his gate posts are 6x6s---not 4x4s...he orders his wood by the truckload and is able to get the best. His crew came on Wed. to install the posts and on Thursday morning at approx 7a they were back to install the fencing---very nice guys who have been with Fences Unlimited for a while. They also repaired a couple of broken boards on my old fence.
This fence looks AMAZING! The hardware is on the backside of the walk thru gate so it's a very nice look. They also placed pickets on the 6x6 posts so that there is no break in how things look. I have gotten a ton of compliments on this fence. They do great work! I highly recommend them!

The owner came out to measure promptly and provided a quote same day. Within 2 weeks once the underground marking was performed he returned to do the fence layout and place the gate locations for his crew. Later that same morning his crew showed up and had the new fence and gates fully constructed by early afternoon. The job they did was flawless, they cleaned up their mess and touched up the fence posts where they got marred or scratched during installation. We couldn't have been happier with Fences Unlimited.

IT HAS BEEN A FEW MONTHS SINCE THE FENCE HAS BEEN PUT UP AND IT STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW. THE DOGS HAVEN'T GOT OUT OF THE ENCLOSURE YET. IT REALLY ADDS A LOT OF CHARACTER TO MY PROPERTY.
