Deluxe Home Comfort

Well, let's see here, the heating system is pretty much hit or miss here. Some rooms are either cool or warm. It all depends where you are at. I would not say they did a horrible job, but, the unit itself just does not regulate properly. I have not inquired about it, I just deal with it. They are nice people however. Maybe, I will try to give them a call about it.

Deluxe Home Comfort did a good job installing the new furnace. They removed the old one and cleaned everything up really nicely. They did not charge me anything. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others.

I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. They cleaned as they went and at the end of each day that would pick up everything. I thought they did a very good job for me. I paid a total of $30,000 for the sun-room to the general contractor who subcontracted the work with Deluxe Home Comfort.

Both of the units that they installed for us have worked properly. It took them about a day to get everything installed and working well. We are really happy with how professional and helpful they were. I am very pleased with both of my units.

The serviceman visited to observe the problem, the company ordered and received required parts, then the serviceman returned and installed the new parts. I was in the basement a few days later and found the new section of the exhaust pipes hanging unattached from the section that leads from the furnace. The furnace exhaust was venting in to the basement, a very dangerous situation. I looked more closely at the pipe that was attached to the fan and discovered a sizable gap that would allow furnace exhaust to escape (between the fan and the exit vent in the wall of the house). I reported the problem to the company and they sent the same serviceman to the house that day to fix the problem. No apologies were offered. Each time I called the company I asked for Jimmie, the man who worked on the system before and did a good job. When I asked, the dispatcher was always agreeable but Jimmie never showed up. The $750 price added insult to the injury.

WE HAD CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES FOR A QUOTE. THIS PLACE GAVE US A GREAT PRICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND PLEASANT. THE SERVICE CHARGE WAS $85 AND THE FREON WAS ONLY $120.
