This was my second experience using this great family owned business and I'm still completely pleased! Jonathan visited the house and took a small extra piece from the existing kitchen floor. He called back with the news that he had a perfect match from one of his suppliers. He gave me two quotes--one where I could do the removal of old carpet and one where he did the work. I ended up using Jonathan's crew to do all the work. It was a big job. They arrived early and ended up working till very late. Two crews did the work.
They had some trouble working around the two older toilets, and this took significant extra time, but they kept at it and the final job was done that day. It looked amazing!

I interviewed several hard wood floor folks. Jonathan was friendly, prompt and honest. They laid the new floors in early June, but since there was more work to do, the finishing (took three days) happened later in June.
They forgot to put in a few transition pieces, and had to come back the following Monday. They even trimmed my door to fit over the transition. I paid when all was complete. All of the workers were professional, courteous and Jonathan kept in touch with me and checked in several times. Highly recommend this friendly family-owned business!

Went well. Their crews were punctual, worked fast and did excellent work. No issues with how the hardwood was laid or sanded. We were a little more involved in stain matching than we wanted to be. In the end it is probably as close as can be expected when matching new to existing (the existing wasn't resanded or refinished) We are satisfied and love our new floors.

Their service is spectacular all the way around. The price was reasonable. I would absolutely use them in the future.

They needed full access to our home for 1 week in order to perform all of the steps (sanding, multiple coats of poly). It was a fairly big job and they finished in time, however the results were mixed. Floor color and finish was not exactly as expected and their sanding job left some patches and sander circles that were visible. The sanding toward the edges banged up some of the door molding. In general these items were not huge problems but when installing floors you want to get a good product. I think the crew that worked our house was less experienced.
