I requested an estimate via email and received a phone call the same day to schedule. Their rep arrived on time the next day and showed us all options that they offered. I received an email the same day containing the estimate plus a rendering of the awning we selected superimposed onto our house to help us decide. I ordered it and was given a time frame for completion and installation and they actually had it ready a couple of days earlier than expected. They arrived this morning to install it, which took about 15 minutes. The entire process was handled by friendly professionals. If a need for another canvas product or awning should ever arise I will definitely be calling on them again.
