Chris and crew performed amazing work. They communicated clearly in advance and completed all the work above and beyond expectations. It was clear they were well prepared and had everything they needed to complete the job on the first trip out. On top of that, they're just good people. I'll definitely be working with them again in the future.

Over a three week time frame, all of the work outlined above was accomplished! Each step was scheduled and conducted in a professional manner. Each day I was given an update as to the status of the work and asked for any input that was necessary to resolve any issues or plan further work. When damage was worse than originally bid, a new schedule of work was discussed and budget changes negotiated in a timely manner. I was a part of the process at every step. When options were available to me, such as choosing between wooden and wrought iron railings, I was given a chance to look at options and make purchasing decisions. All in all it was a great experience. The same crew completed the job and I knew who would be on my property throughout the whole process. The work space was cleaned every evening and materials were delivered on a timely basis as they were needed by the progress of the job.
