The pricing was good. However, we ended up not paying him the total price because he didn?t finish any of the jobs. The work was very floppy. The paint got sprayed on appliances, furniture and pictures on the walls. He flooring wasn?t done evenly in all the places. He put too large of a grout spaces between them so that he didn?t have to cut the tile. He ended up making a mess of that and I had use acid myself to get it cleaned properly. The paint job was not of full coverage. I had to go back and repaint two coats on the wood work and one coat on the wall. We were just very unpleased with the quality of work that he did. He was a great person and was personable and had great personality. He came and said that he could do this and that. We had high expectations for him. In the end he did not follow through with the work and the quality of work was not good. We would definitely not use him again. We wrote him a letter that we wouldn?t pay him the total amount as per the contract because he did not finish the job. He was always punctual.
