Concrete Repair
Things have gone horribly. Mr. Chappell nearly doubled the original price because of the weather & "soft" soil, required up front payment of additional monies AND, has not completed the work. The original contract was signed on April 14, 2020. If this issue is not favorably resolved, I'll never use Angie's List again. I'll make sure I share this story with everyone inquiring about qualified contractors & my experience using Angie's List.
