Sean was amazing. He took the time to understand my needs before coming out to the house, spent a long time surveying the problem from many different angles, and then sat for a good long while talking it over with me. His primary concern was the long term health of the house. He followed up with me, with other concerned parties, and came back again when I had further concerns - always within a short time frame. He really went above and beyond, every time. He is worth twice what he charges, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Sean thoroughly explained what repairs needed to be done and we were given a written report as well. He recommended contractors who could do the work and answered questions they had about the details of the repairs. His price was below what other structural engineers charged and we were able to get an appt with him 3 weeks sooner than others that we called.

He explained our situation to my husband and I and showed us what we needed to do to resolve our issues and recommended a few contractors who could do the job.
