I have used another HVAC service for years, but from now on I will only call Carroll Service. Brandon was professional, explained everything in detail, and did a great job. The price was very fair.

We have used Carroll Service Heating and Air for many years and have always been happy with the work they have provided. They have installed and serviced units in our past two homes. They are always reliable, professional, punctual, and provide quality service.

Provider arrived on time and worked two and one half days replacing HVAC system and all crawl space ducting. The work was well done and works perfectly.

I received a quote with labor for approxmiately 3-4 hours worth of labor. The time it took was only 90 minutes but he still charged me the complete amount for labor. When I questioned Brendon's hourly rate, he called me rude and said if I didn't like the charge, I should have used someone else. He also charged me for more freon than was put back in the unit. I will certainly use someone else in the future.

Our heat pump would no longer cool so we called Carroll Heating and Cooling to take a look. We thought it needed freon. Upon inspection it looked like we might need to replace the coils, but Mr. Carroll was able to clean the coils and get the unit back working at a minimum of cost. Most companies would have just replaced the coils and never tried servicing them. He saved us a lot of money! I would highly recommend them. We have actually used them for years. We originally bought this unit from them in 2001.

We woke up Friday morning to discover our upstairs air conditioning unit was broken. We called Carroll Service Co. and they were able to come out by mid-day. Mr. Carroll replaced the thermostat and also checked the freon level in the unit. We have used this company in the past and will continue to do so.

Mr. Carroll showed up on time, showed me how he would measure the fill-up, filled it, tested it, and double checked it. All went very well.

I called Carroll Service HVAC when I could not get my second a/c unit to work. They came promptly and found the problem. They replaced a bad section of drain pipe and flushed out the rest. They went oon to explain why it happened and how to avoid simular problems in the future. I have used this company for 13 years now and they have always been on time, friendly, helpful, got the job done right. I had them replace my ground level a/c unit after years of them nursing it so I could get the most out of it before I had to replace it. They have saved me lots of money and headaches over the years. Best I've ever dealt with.

Guys arrived on time and worked quickly, quietly, and very professionally. They were very considerate of the fact that we had a newborn in the house and were able to start work quickly so we didn't freeze during a cold snap. Scheduling and communication was easy with everyone from receptionist to estimate to the work itself. Mr. Carroll gave good recommendations about where to upgrade appropriately for energy efficiency with the tax credits (and where it wouldn't make sense to). This is the second major job this company has done for us, and we've been happy with both, would definitely use them again.

This was the 4th time I've used Carroll Service since 2002 on 3 properties. 3 different service people have worked for me and all have been professional and personable. They are patient in explaining what they do.

This is a family owned business that is extremely responsive and professional. Installation was scheduled for the next day after the quote was accepted. A team of five employees removed an old Carrier gas pack system, replaced the concrete pad, replaced elements of the duct system, installed new system, connected electrical and propane lines, a new programmable thermostat, and thoroughly tested the system. Also ensured that other appliances connected to propane (H2O Heater, Gas Logs, etc.) were fully functioning after propane was turned on. Brian Carroll, son of the owner, was extremely professional in all interactions and excellent at communicating the expected duration of the service, when they were leaving for lunch, etc. Overall - top tier service, extremely professional, and an excellent value for the product.

They are very professional. They are alway on time. I feel very confident with their work. I have used them for about two year and have had no problems in all that time.

Very well. It took a while for the part to arrive but they warned me of that up front. They also came back for a second, Saturday visit and fixed a second problem at no charge. Their telephone receptionist are the friendliest and nicest of any construction company I've ever seen. The repairman was slightly late.

Very thorough. Brandon called to let me know that he was running a few minutes late. Very helpful with information about getting the most efficient operation with my systems.

THE PRICE ALWAYS SEEMS TO GO UP EVERY TIME I CALL THEM. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AND ARE PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. I'VE SEEN NO HIDDEN COSTS AND I HAVE A POSITIVE OPINION OF THEM.

THEY ARE A FAMILY BUSINESS THAT I HAVE KNOWN FOR AWHILE NOW. THE HEATER KEPT ME WARM LAST WINTER SO I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY CHECK-UP TO SEE HOW THE HEATER IS RUNNING. I WOULD GIVE THEM A CHANCE FOR SURE.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY AND I TOTALLY TRUST THEM. THAT'S WHY I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICES. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK OF CALLING SOME OTHER COMPANY.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR WHAT THEY DID, BUT THE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL. I ALWAYS MAKE SURE THINGS ARE GOING TO WORK SO I DON'T HAVE TO GO WITHOUT DURING THE HOTTEST TIME OF THE YEAR.
