I've done a lot of work with Carolina Plumbing and Repair, Inc in the past so I'm quite pleased with them. It had to wait until the people are on their summer vacation. I'd put them at the best. An A-plus for responsiveness, If I could. I would absolutely consider using Carolina Plumbing and Repair, Inc again in the future.

The job was especially well done as they had to reroute most of the pipes. The original contractor ran the pipes on both floors up through the ceilings and down to the fixtures. Carolina Plumbing reran the pipe in a way that made sense. Andy was both professional and very personable. The job was done with minimum damage to walls and ceiling and when they left they cleaned up so well I wouldn't have even known they had been there but for the nice new white Pex pipes. Their prices weren't the lowest, but I suspect I got the same quality work as I would have received from some of the other places that were quoting almost twice as much. I would certainly call them again and I have already recommended them to a few friends.

I got quotes from about 5 companies. Carolina Plumbing was 2nd lowest and saved us a few hundred dollars. (lowest price company was not very professional). Daniel was very professional, thorough, and exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond (even drained our other water heater at no extra cost while he was out here. We will plan on using Carolina Plumbing in the future.

He mis-diagnosed the cause of the flood. He said he couldn't do anything and was not knowledgeable at all -- didn't even turn the water off! We got a second opinion and it wasn't what he had said it was at all. He really just wasn't interested in working and was very rude.

I did find a plumber that I like, but it wasn't from Angie's List, a plumber of North Carolina and his name is Joe and he was great. All they did they had to repair a hose underneath my kitchen faucet, but they were able to accommodate me because I was out of town, so somebody else had to let them in, and nobody who was at the house was able to answer any questions or anything except they were able to get there the next day. They showed up promptly and they got the work done quickly and they were willing to deal with me so that I could get in a later date since I wasn't there. They'll work with you. They're great. As far as I know, everything was great. I didn't hear any complaints. He called to let me know it was done.

My master bath sink shut off valves were shut ( I do not have strength in hand to turn back on) all I wanted them to do was turn on the water and check to see if leaked. I had already replaced the faucet inners with new delta repair kits. The kits cost me $23.01 with my veteran discount. The tech and trainee came in, did not give me their names. The older one said he was a technician and a trainee. I took them to master bath , I asked their names, trainee said his name was Adam and that the tech was Andy. They looked at the faucet, the trainee took out the new spring and washer I had put in. They did not even have the tools to do job and used my screwdriver to do the job. Went to truck and brought back a new washer -- same size as I had put in, and larger spring. The trainee had trouble putting spring in the hole. Went back to truck for awhile, when came back in, the trainee handed me a business card and said bill was $210. They got to my house at 2:10 pm, left at 2:45 pm. made two trips to truck. They never gave me a detailed or any bill, just told me what they wanted.
The job was not done right, there is still a leak behind the faucet.
I called the company office and had them send me a receipt. It was as follows;
1.labor -- helper and trainer $135; replace spring and washer also aerator
2. washer and spring $10
3. aerator $5
4. trip charge $55 (they were already in neighborhood)
5. misc $5.
After I received the receipt of the bill, I called the owner Mark Beasly, on Sept 8, at 11:00 am. He said he would adjust the bill. It is now Sept 15th and I have not heard from them.

Several years ago I hired this company to take care of a small plumbing issue. I honestly can't remember what it was but based on the quote given to my on the phone the final bill was substantially more than I expected. I do remember that there were no mitigating circumstances of any kind. I paid their bill but I felt they misrepresented the cost to do the job and asked them to please ask the owner to call me to discuss. He never did even though I called twice that week and left messages with the receptionist asking him to call me.
This week our garbage disposal broke and I called a three local plumbers to quote me to replace it. When the three quotes I received seemed very high, I called Carolina Plumbing once again. Their offices are less than two minutes from my house. The man I spoke with on the phone Monday quoted me $180.00 to do the job. I agreed to use them and I asked him to please email me the quote and confirmed my email address. I never got the email. He said that a plumber would be at my house between 8 am - 9 am. I explained that I absolutely had to leave the house no later than 10 am for a meeting at work. He said no problem since my house was so close. When no one arrived by 9 am I called the office. They clearly were confused as to who I was. After a 3+ minute hold the lady came back on the phone and ask me for my address and what was it I needed to have done. When I told her she said that the plumber was running a little late and he should be there shortly. No apologies of any kind. At 9:42 am I left the house for work. No plumber. Shortly thereafter I got a call from the plumber who just arrived at my house. I told him how disappointed I was with his company he completely understood and was very apologetic. I have yet to receive a follow-up call from the office to attempt to reschedule or apologize for not doing what they had agreed. I'll never use this company for any reason.

Our landlord has a warrantry contract and these were the people sent to replace a broken garbage disposal. The two men that came weren't overly friendly (my four year old tried to talk to them and they didn't respond). When I said something about them being done so fast one of them said "it's the fifth one I've done today." They left screws on the floor, something plastic in the disposal that made a horrible noise when we turned it on (no he did not test it before he left), and tracked dirt in. He tried to get me to pay for it (I don't know if he was trying to double bill or not but he did act like he knew the landloard was responsible when I told him that). I hope they don't treat regular customers this way.

For whatever reason, our toilet wouldn't always flush. We have a home warranty and were assigned Carolina Plumbing and Repair. I sometimes have issues with the providers I get through the warranty but not in this case. The plumber came out and fixed the toilet in about 15 minutes. It has only been a few days but it seems to be working how it should. If I have a plumbing issue that is not covered under the warranty, I will seriously consider calling this company again.

It was smooth - they had all the parts they needed in their truck and, even though this was an old toilet, they knew exactly what needed to be done. We had our water back on within a half hour.

It went well, and Tim had the line fixed in around 45 minutes...start to finish.

I really don't like having to pay a and quot;trip chargeand quot; for sevice I haven't even received yet, especially when they're in the same town. I understand that seems to be the norm in other parts of the country but I look at it as a surcharge.

This was a very good experience. I delayed getting these fixes for a long time because of a slightly negative experience with a different company misdiagnosing the toilet and water pressure problems. Then a friend recommended this company. The plumber arrived promptly, was very professional, explained all the fixes and potential options at every step of the way. He worked quickly and cleaned up after each task. I will use them in the next few weeks to replace the pressure valves.
