I called to discuss my job with him and get an approximate cost and he told me it would be no more than $200 - a very reasonable amount based on other estimates I had seen. I made arrangements well in advance and he asked that I confirm the day before that I was ready for him the next day. Very importantly, he also warned me of a potential problem that is common when replacing a shallow sink with a deep undermount sink, which is what I was doing. He asked me to take some pictures of the pipes under my sink with a ruler next to them to make sure the outflow drain was low enough for the deeper sink (since water can't drain uphill). I texted him a pic and he said it looked fine. I appreciated the heads up on a potential problem. Due to an impending snowstorm, he made me his first call of the day to make sure he got to me that day. He called ahead to let me know he would be early - well in advance of the time. He was in and out in a little less than an hour and the charge ended up at $131 - well below his top end estimate. He was a pleasure to deal with - very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using him again.
