We were visiting our daughter and discovered that her a/c unit was not working. I called Jim Davis, owner of Blue Sky HVAC Services. Jim had installed the unit in July 21012. Jim Davis and his family team run an outstanding first-class operation. Prompt, courteous, timely, and extremely professional from beginning to end. I've used the services of Jim Davis (owner and operator of Blue Sky HVAC Services) twice now and have been completely satisfied. Mr. Davis' business motto is and quot;Honest Optionsand quot; and I truly feel he lives up to that motto.
I am a first time homeowner, and only 2 months in my new home, my heat stopped working, on New Years Day! I asked a friend in the area if they could recommend someone, and I was given Jim's name. He actually came out on New Years Day because he hated the thought of someone going without heat.It turns out that my heat pump was fine, but the internal thermostat (circa the 1970s) shorted, causing several problems, but he promptly went to get me a new thermostat and a few other small parts, returned quickly and within two hours from the time he first arrived to the time he left, I once again had heat. I was expecting to have to pay a very large sum of money, especially because he came over on a day off, but the price was extremely reasonable and I was so very happy that he actually came out on a holiday. I'm a loyal customer!
The second time I used Jim's services was in May when our air seemed to stop working. Of course, I called Jim, he came out the same afternoon and just as we had expected, the compressor on our pump stopped working. He went over options with us, we chose the middle of the road option, and he was back the next day to install the compressor, I highly recommend Mr. Davis!
