Stephen's customers were asked to be patient as they made the name change. During that time, the company missed a week or two of mowing and the quality of the landscaping went down hill. On one of their visits (a windy day), the crew sprayed "Round Up" in the beds to kill the weeds, instead they killed the grass surrounding the beds. Stephen assured us he would make-up for it and get back to a consistent mowing schedule.
The problems continued to get worse. At one point my HOA issued us a warning because of the high grass and weeds in our yard. Stephen never came back to mow our lawn again, leaving us with a yard full of many weeds, patches of dead grass and no landscaper. Stephen collected money from his ?contract? customers and just deserted them in the middle of the summer!
My neighbor was also using BIG TIME LANDSCAPING and had the same problems I had. I spoke with others on Stephen Davenport?s email list of customers and everyone experienced the same kind of service?one with lots of promises.
