car looked wonderful when finished - red crv honda 2007. had hauled wood for small wood stove - good vacuuming job. windows were great . so glad I didn't try to clean them.alloy wheels looked great. when small inner area on frame still dusty - called it to their attention, and they took care of it immediately. I was very pleased with the job, and will use them again.
Only problem - small black cover over washer and bolt holding rear window wiper mechanism was dislodged.and lost. Went back 2 days later and filled out paperwork to replace it - have not yet received a call on it. - has been about 2 weeks. manager at time we filled it out indicated that we should hear something in about a day or 2.
But overall, we hadn't had the car cleaned inside and out in 2 years, and they did a great job, with just the minor cove loss.
I will call them today about it.

Every time I have ever been to this particular AutoBell they have been so meticulous and detailed in making sure that my vehicles are cleaned as though they were their own. I have never been there and been disappointed with the results.

Car wash, undercarriage cleaned, inside vaccuumed, outside dried off. Workers are very consciencious of detailing the wheels/rims on my vehicles. They try really hard to go quickly but to pay attention to detail. Also, when they flag you that they are ready, there is no animosity if somebody doesn't give them a tip. They still are professional, smiling, and thanking you for their service. I always tip, but some folks don't think it is neccessary...I understand, in this economy, but I was still impressed that the workers didn't "flinch" when they weren't offered tips by some folks.
