I felt the pricing they provided to us was good. They did a good job and I was very pleased with it. They got the job done in about two to two and a half weeks total because they had to get the wood implemented so it could adjust to the humidity in the house. The cleanup was excellent and we didn't have any problems with it. They cleaned all the walls down and put down plastic to keep the dust in the work area.

Overall our experience was fabulous. The floor look great.

They were professional from the beginning of picking out the color and type of flooring to the final stage of laying the flooring, they were great and kind people. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for hardwood flooring.

I selected this company based on their response time in getting out to give us an estimate. We were selling a house and part of the contract required the floors to be refinished and repaired. I called and they came out the next day first thing in the morning. I had a written quote in my email right after lunch. The guy also measured some existing areas that did not have hardwoods in case the buyer wanted to add hardwoods in the kitchen and another room. That was a great idea and the buyer opted to add the additional floors (which they were responsible for paying for). We signed the agreement and they put us on the schedule. I picked this company before joining Angies List and was very happy. I did not have a lot of time to spend meeting a lot of people at the house for different quotes. I left them a key they measured and followed up with a call and emailed me the quote. Then they delivered the wood and worked with our home buyer directly to let them pick out their stain color and completed the job last Friday. I stopped by the house on Sunday to look at the floors and they looked beautiful. They did a great job and it was nice not to have to be there for every step making sure things were getting done. They also cleaned up everything really well before they left. I will definatly use this company when I am ready to get the floors done in my home.

They have been very polite and consistent and just very easy to work with. They are here when they say they will be here and they come and fix any problems. I have had a very nice personal experience with them. They seem to know what going on with my house.
