ALL GOOD REFINISHING

Bob and Russell did a SPECTACULAR job at my home. They both arrived on time, and Russell took me through the process step by step and answered all questions in a very professional manner.
Bob (the owner) reviewed the items I initially called him over for. He actually told me that I didn't need to get certain parts of my shower/tub refinished. He talked me OUT of work for himself. I have NEVER encountered such an honest person who I called for work at my home. AMAZING.
Bob got to work cleaning up the tub that I was still going to have him re-glaze. He cleaned it so good, it looked almost brand new. I didnt' need to get it refinished because of the outstanding job he did cleaning it. He saved me several hundred dollars.
I did, however, get my shower floor re-glazed. It was from the 70's and pieces were chipped and had a brady-bunch green color to some of the tiles. I was going to get it done in a white, however Russell suggested adding a bit of almond color and specs to make them look like the shower walls. I told him to go for it, and it looks wonderful, almost exactly like the color of the wall tiles.
If you want an Honest, Hard-Working Professional group of people at a reasonable cost, HIRE THEM. You'll be glad you did!

Bob, the owner, came to my home to perform the service. He was a very nice man. He took great care to tape all the appliances off during the prep work. After all the prep work was done, Bob wanted me there as he applied the product to ensure that each layer of color was done to my liking. You could tell that it was important to him that I was happy with the results. He was meticulous with his work and the counters turned out beautifully. He also cleaned up after himself so I never knew he was there.
