The quote was quick (and painless), the pricing was reasonable, everyone was super nice and understanding of our specific needs, the quality EXCEEDED our expectations, the project was completed as promised and the installation crew was quick, efficient and courteous. We wanted to purchase and have installed cabinets for a laundry room but were not interested in paying the high price for custom made cabinets. ALCO provides both premade and custom cabinets.  We went to their showroom and factory in downtown Garner and with the help of Steve, the salesperson in the office, were able to quickly pick out the cabinets we wanted. We went in knowing the dimensions of the space we wanted to fill but I believe that they will also come out and measure if you don't feel comfortable providing the dimensions yourself. We placed the original order on May 28, 2015 and by June 15 they were installed.  This was very fast compared to other suppliers we had talked to. The installation people were very good starting with arriving on time.  They also made sure that we were happy with each part of the installation process e.g., height  of the cabinets from the floor, which way the doors opened, etc , and spent a fair amount of time making sure that the doors aligned and closed properly. They left nothing to clean up and patched all the holes that remained visible from the shelving that had previously been installed.  Although they were premade, we're very happy with the quality of the cabinets.

We heard about ALCO Cabinets from other vendors of products we ordered for our new home; all were positive reports and one individual had personal experience with ALCO's work in her home.  We visited the company, which was then in downtown Raleigh, and found modern machines, good working conditions for the employees, and a very personable and experienced owner.  We discussed what we wanted, saw samples of his work, and made an appointment for his visit to the construction site.  He drew up rough drawings to scale of our floor plan and presented them to us for our review.  We make our comments, approved the work, and he began work at his first opportunity, with his schedule to meet our contractor's requirements.  He asked us to visit the shop during the construction to be sure that the work was as promised and on schedule.  We were very impressed with his product and process, and strongly recommend ALCO for any custom cabinet work you may require.

Wonderful! met with them in April to design cabinets, installation in June while I was on vacation, finishing touches the day after counter top installation.

I heard about them through my contractor and will use them again in the future.

Great from start to finish. We had a lot of other thing to coordinate the cabinet installation around. They were here when they said they would be and the cabinets were installed in a few days.
