Installed new sink and faucet. Very thorough. New sink has different drain configuration.Took longer than expected which drove the price up some, but worth it for peace of mind. No leaks and looks great.

It is very difficult to write this review. First impressions of Tim were that both professional and customer service skills went above what we could have expected. He repaired a kitchen faucet leak flawlessly. Unfortunately, when putting the faucet back together, he changed the positions of Hot and Cold water. He came back to repair, said it was done, left, and the problem persisted. We have asked him to return to fix this issue. He has promised to on at least 3 occasions, never showing up. There has been no effort on his part to reschedule and actually show up. Again, very hard to write this up because if issues were all resolved on the first, second or even a third visit , I could have moved this review to a 5.

Every aspect of the experience was excellent, he was on time for the estimate, fair in his pricing, did the job the next day and did high quality work.

I needed a hand held shower head installed and did not want to do it myself as I was afraid of leaks. Very prompt and very friendly. Plan on having him do additional work. Great job, great customer service:)

This was a last minute decision and the best decision. I did have a few leaks in the pipe attached to the shower head. Had I waited any longer it would have been a "major" problem. The plumber was thorough, professional, and I felt the cost was reasonable.

day one: Tim came to my home and after about 1 and 1/2 hours said needed to get a part. So we scheduled another appointment. day two: Tim arrived late and after 10 minutes said they didn't put part in his bag and he needed to go pick up. An hour and a half later he retuned and spent the next 2 hours working on the faucet. At one bringing me into show it was back together. Unfortunately it still leaked. So he worked on it some more and about an hour later called me in and said I need a new faucet and he was going to cut a hole in my wall to do it. After going to get new faucet and working another hour it is done. He did fix the leak and it was not a Delta but a new faucet of a cheaper brand. the problem was solved but the journey was flawed. I believe that a good plumber could have assessed the problem in the first hour not after 7 hours over 2 days which made me feel like I was being ripped off. Like I said problem fixed but I just wanted Tim to leave my home.

Tim did not hesitate (on a Friday night past 6pm) to assess a water leak in outside line which was saturating entire lawn. He dug up the line, temp repaired and came back next morning to make final repair. Professional, curteous, efficient, trustworthy.

Tim gave an initial estimate for our gas line installation and held to it - no surprises. He did exactly what we asked for and was very reasonably priced.
