 + 0 moreI HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. THIS MAN HAD A BROADER KNOWLEDGE BASE. HE EXPLAINED WHY HE WOULD REPLACE THE ROTTING WOOD, WHERE THE OTHERS NEVER MENTIONED IT. HE DID GREAT QUALITY WORK.
Description of Work: I HAD HIM PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. HE SCRAPED, POWER WASHED, PRIMED AND PAINTED OUR HOME. HE ALSO REPLACED SOME TRIM AND DORMER PIECES.
