Actually got "seasoned," dry firewood that was woodstove-ready right off the truck. I bought 1/2 cord of the "shorts" & they loaded my truck at their site. Staff in the yard were very helpful & efficient. Material is a bit pricey but it was worth it. Don't know how many times I've bought wood that was supposed to be seasoned & dry only to have it hiss & smoke & nearly put the fire out. This stuff was great.

They were honest that they didn't have seasoned wood, but I was willing to take what they had and store it for the next year. They delivered excellent quality oak, split appropriately for use in my fireplace, and after 9 months, it's burning wonderfully for us now. The cost might have been a little high, but I'll definitely use them again.

This is my third year using Triangle Wood Products. I left a message on the telephone number on the website link noted for this vendor (not the numbers listed on the main page). Calvin returned my call and scheduled the delivery for the next day. It is both the size I needed and the quality we discussed.

I called and left a message and my call was returned promptly. I was asked what length wood I would like - he had several - and we scheduled a time for the delivery. This was the end of December, and he was pretty busy so we had to schedule the delivery several days out. I wasn't in a hurry - maybe if I'd been in a pinch we could have worked out another time. I had the impression he would have done his best if we'd needed it sooner.
Customer service is important, but most important to me is the quality of the wood. We're really impressed with what we got. It's a mix of wood and very well seasoned. We've had many different companies deliver firewood, and this has been the best we've received so far. I was also pleased that he delivers what he says he'll deliver. We ordered two cords and that's what we got.

E-MAILED MR ROGERS AND HE RESPONDED THE SAME DAY. WOOD WAS DELIVERED AND DROPPED OFF A HALF AN HOUR LATE. THE DELIVERY DRIVER DID CALL TO SAY HE WOULD NOT BE ON TIME. AS IT WAS DROPPED OFF, MY WIFE AND NEIGHBOR STARTED STACKING THE WOOD. THE DELIVERY MAN MADE INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS TO MY WIFE ABOUT HER APPEARANCE IN FRONT OF OUR NEIGHBOR, TWICE.
