Excellent and thorough. I hired them because I wanted to choose my own inspection company, and not accept a realtor friendly firm. Jeff was very communicative and solutions oriented. While I ended up not buying the townhouse, I felt good about what I learned about the property. I avoided buying a property that would have been a money pit.
