About us
All of my work is done by me the owner and technician. My service call to diagnose the problem is only $99 and if you choose to have the repair done I charge an additional $79 per hour labor to do the repair. In most cases the labor will not exceed one hour with exceptions for larger more difficult and time consuming repairs in addition to any parts cost. Patrick came in, diagnosed ice buildup, cleaned and defrosted the freezer, cleaned the coils on the back, tested some parts, and made some recommendations in case it happened again. The work was fast, friendly and efficient, everything he did was well explained, and he completed the work in one hour. The charge was $74 (the regular service call fee plus tax). He is definitely on our callback list!

Patrick correctly diagnosed the problem and found a remanufactured part on Ebay which saved me about $100. Since I was able to replace the part when I received it, Patrick only charged for the time to diagnose the problem. Another repairman might have charged for the new part and the time to return for replacing it. I am quite happy with his work.

Patrick took everything apart and cleaned it. He advised on how to better maintain the dishwasher by using a dishwasher cleaner periodically to dissolve the particulates that build up. I was very pleased with the work, and Patrick was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely hire him again!

Patrick quickly diagnosed the problem. He offered to get the part and be back in 45 min to install. I wanted to save as much money as I could Patrick helped me find the board online so that I could order it and replace it myself. Patrick cared for his customer more than making any extra profit. I would definitely recommend him to my neighbors and friends. I would call him before I called anyone else. He is the kind of person that you can trust to do the right thing for you. Everything went great. He clearly knew what he was doing with my dishwasher, and immediately knew what the issue was (the drain was all gunked up and had to be cleaned out). During his visit, i happen to mention that 1) I'm getting frost inside/around my icemaker, 2) my clothes washer dial doesnt turn properly any more, although we were still able to use it. He knew exactly what to do with all of the issues he ran into and had the parts on hand to fix everything. When he had the dryer open during the cleaning, he noted that some Teflon bumpers were wearing down and would have gone bad soon, so he replaced those, which of course was proper preventative maintenance. He gave me preventative maintenance tips that I could easily handle myself.
As for his personality, he was very amicable. During his previous visit, my wife was home alone with our newborn, and i wasn't thrilled to be having a service tech in the house alone with her. She said he was very respectful and friendly with her, and she never felt nervous.

Refrigerator was not cooling. Scheduling was fast and easy. Mr. Talley was on time. He took the time to ensure it wasn't a cheaper part that would save from from having to buy a new unit. He even went to the store to get a new part and test it. After a couple of hours of testing different options, he verified that there was no way to fix it without spending more than the cost of a new refrigerator, so he recommended that I do that. He showed me the parts, explained what they do, and how they aren't working properly. He only charged me for the service call of $69.00, and gave me additional advice on maintenance of my appliances, and even what brands to stay away from based on maintenance and reliability. Friendly, professional, caring. I will use for all service calls from now on.
