Used this provider in 2003 for major repairs for a rental home. Called back this year for assistance to aid in upgrades after tenant of 12 yrs. In 2003: Removed carpeting and pads which had to be chiseled off by hand on tongue and grue flooring (refinished), wall paper removal from original oak paneling, reopened a wall space from kitchen to den area, hung new indoor doors, screen doors, general plumbing repairs, lighting, fence repairs, wood repairs on exterior and large front porch painting, power washing. Home had major water damage, so a portion of the tongue and grue flooring replaced (great carpentry). Linoleum in kitchen, bath and laundry room. Kitchen counter tops replaced. Dishwasher installed. Hot water heater moved to another location. 2014, providing window cleaning inside/out for 6 pane windows, plumbing, fencing, etc. Just whatever needs to be done. Called this provider immediately to ask for his expert assistance and advice. If he cannot do it, he will assist in finding the right person to do it. Excellent carpenter, painter, and professional in every way. Very pleasant to work with on any project.
