Tim is full of information and a very friendly gentleman but long-winded. He explained the process and decided the trees needed to be pruned using the 4 D's (remove damaged, diseased, dead, and deranged branches). My husband watched the team as they worked on the trees (they had to climb the trees as we have a small backyard where large equipment couldn't be used). They took great care to protect the plants underneath. However, my husband, felt it was too much money for what they did and that Mr. Snell did a lot of talking.
All being said, this spring our trees look beautiful and healthy.

The professionalism was exceeded my expectations. The removal of the trees did not interrupt my schedule. The crew was extremely aware of the potential dangers involved with Trees so close to the house but they took their time to do things correctly. Most impressive was the safety meeting the crew has prior to beginning work. This was outstanding. The communication was clear and concise in all phases. The owner takes pride in his work and the reputation he leaves behind. He went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction even though I had no issues with the work, clean up or communication during the process.

They arrived around 9:30am, and were finished by 1:30pm. The work was professionally done, the trees trimmed and pruned exactly as we wanted, and they cleaned up everything. We are very satisfied and we would hire them again without hesitation.

Tim Snell and the crew were excellent. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The crew was at my house for almost 2 weeks. They had to bring some large equipment in, but they managed to do so without causing issues (like ruts) in my yard. From start to finish, we were impressed. We considered this to be a large job, but they handled everything, including stump grinding and hauling off the chips.

We signed a contract to have Snell provide the service as he came highly recommended by other people we knew. We were asked to schedule an appointment a few months later in the fall. When I called I waited a week and didn't get a call back so I phoned again. Mr. Snell was very apologetic and we scheduled an appointment.
The team showed up on time with two trucks but couldn't get near the trees with equipment due to the location of the trees. Therefore, they had to climb the trees to trim them. They were very careful with all of our plants but my husband sat and watched the entire time. He felt like there was a lot of wasted time and that it was too expensive for what they did.
