This company is amazing and Kristen has been such a wonderful help. I had started a home renovation that included redoing flooring, kitchen renovation, and finishing an attic. The contractor that took the job had been paid 30k, botched most of the job and didn’t have the skill to finish the work. Kristen came to help me negotiate with the man, but stayed while he became violent and eventually involved the police escorting him off my property. Razon Construction came in and rescued me. Kristen helped save my life by navigating me through an extremely difficult time. Razon Construction fit the remainder of my job into their busy schedule, making me feel comfortable and unstressed while they finished up and repaired the work that the original contractor botched. Many times I cried on Kristen’s shoulder and she assured me she would help me out. She helped me find a wonderful lawyer (Melissa Rosado) and even offered to go to court with me. The quality of work that Luis and his father did in my home is top notch. They are dependable, friendly, and very professional. Genuinely good people and genuinely kind. I send everyone I meet their way. They are truly a God send.

The masonry and plumbing work were clean and barely made a mess in the 5 day process of demolition to finished product. The price was $3500 under what other contractors were offering us. The level of professionalism and creativity were exactly what we were looking for in a contractor. Any changes were immediately communicated with us from the angle of the seat to the direction of the doors opening. It truly was a custom built job to our specifications. Since then he has returned to our home for 2 other projects, all done beyond our Expectations. HIRE HIM!
