It was marginal. Their responsiveness was fine. It was the workmanship; they had to come back and fix it a couple of times. Their professionalism is not great, but okay. We possibly could use them again in the future if we need to get them back here.

They gave us a new additional charge now and we’re very accommodating. They didn’t charge us additionally for either of the times that they came out. They are very good and I would highly recommend them. They did a good job in installing our irrigation system. They are very responsive when you call them about any service issues. They’re just really nice people. They are a family owned business and they’re very service oriented. I have no complaints. I use them to winterize the system and I also use them to turn it on in the spring. I will continue to use their services again in the future.

They were on time and had minimal impact on the lawn (Bermuda grass has almost covered installation within 3 weeks). they came out and provided the estimate and scheduled the installation. They delayed a few days because of the extreme heat, but otherwise were punctual. They worked with a plumber who pulled the permit and did the pressure test on the backflow value. Pipe Tech was previously known as Rainmaster Irrigation; they combined with a company who does the plumbing {backflow valve and meter connection}. Pipe Tech came out and did the trenching and laying the main piping the first day and then came back the next day to complete the installation. The returned a couple of days later to make some adjustments to the heads. They have been very responsive and seem willing to help if you have a problem with the coverage or programming the controller. They include a 5 year warranty.

It is a small family owned company. They are very customer oriented. They should up on time when they were supposed to. They did an excellent job installing the irrigation system. They returned later on to make sure every thing was working properly.
