FABULOUS EXPERIENCE !!!! Gail is the ultimate task master. She delivers a fabulous product on time and perfectly completed. She did my floors on an extremely tight schedule before we moved in and she pulled off a miracle with the counter tops and back splash on an even tighter timeline for my daughter'sgraduation party. Gail handled every detail and I was honestly never there for any of the work. I was overseas in Paris for the fireplace surround and the kitchen was all done while I was away for work. She and her lovely staff are always so helpful and fun. They are my go to make it happen on time and beautifully perfect crew.

Putting in my new floors went really well. I wasn't able to be there while they were doing the work and when I had returned, they had laid the floors beautifully. They removed the old carpet and got rid of it for me and left the old carpet that was good that I was then able to share with someone who needed it. Gail has a really good eye for color and she listened to what i was looking for and made recommendations as to which flooring and colors would make me happiest. She hit the nail on the head!  Every time I walk up my steps I am so pleased with the color choice and the quality of the carpet. She also suggested laying the Mster Bedroom (MB) with a darker border and then laying the lighter colored floor inside the border at a diagonal. You should see it! It gives the effect of a carpet AND it allowed for a smooth transition from the older hardwood floor that was in the hallway outside the MB door, offsetting the slight color differences and the effect is great.
Gail was professional, clearly loves her work AND worked with me to stay in my budget and still get the flooring and effects I wanted. Her floor installer came by during the estimate process. I was so pleased to meet him in advance and to talk with him personally prior to the work being completed, particularly since I wasn't able to be there to see it along the way.

In September 2011 my home was flooded due to a bathtub that overflowed.
Someone I knew who owns a handy man service recommended this company to me for
repairs. Unfortunately he was not really familiar with the work or one of the
key employees that were to work on my job. The time frame that I was promised
was months late that's the first thing! The work on my floors was not great and
I was pressured by the owner Rick to sign off on them. Also their employee was
not honest with me or my insurance company as well as She was very
unprofessional in her domineer. Talk about a prima donna!!! The plumber tried
also to over charge my insurance company and they were well aware of this as
well. There was damage done to the cabinets in the master bath they denied doing
but then did repair. I found Gail the other owner to be very sweet and tried her
best to just get through it all. The wrong paint was used as far as type not
color. My overall experience was awful!! I do not recommended this company at
all.

They did a fantastic job. They had good communication, were on time, and tried to be clean. When they ran into problems, they proactively worked with us to solve them. They worked hard and stayed as long as needed to get the work done. We actually enjoyed working with them and would definitely hire them again.
