Not much to say...had to call and find out why its taking more than 2 weeks,was told there
was a  large backup of equipment in the shop. They said they would check on the status
and call me back. An hour or so went by, said the they could deliver it the next  day if that was OK
Phil ,the driver/delivery man showed me what was done,and waited till I did a pass or two on
the lawn to see if all was OK-good man

They were really good. They have a huge facility. They keep tractors, large equipment, and farm equipment. The guy, who came out, did a good job. The part alone was going to cost $1200. I almost fainted. However, he was able to do the work at $700. They were great on the phone. They answered my questions and they were very cordial. They were not pushy. They were very helpful. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were also well organized. It took a while to get the lawn mower serviced; it took a couple of weeks. They had mentioned the time to me earlier. So, I understood. Whenever, I had any questions, I would call up the service department and they would answer my questions. I will use them again in the future.
