the crew came to remove old unit without issue, replaced it with the new one and installed additional vents in a couple rooms. They used floor coverings so they did not drag dirt and nasty all over the place, and they took precautions to not damage anything existing, and clean up when they were finished. Definitely a great job, and we are very impressed with the timeframe they got everything done.

highly recommend Nolan Air for all of your HVAC needs. We purchased a townhouse in March and we knew we needed to replace AC. The unit stopped in early June. Nolan talked us through getting it started, so we wouldn’t be without, until he could get equipment and install just a few days later. Nolan and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, neat and clean. They did an exceptional job installing our new heat pump and WiFi thermostat. The pricing was fair and competitive. If you need AC repair, tune-up or complete replacement of system, Nolan Air is the way to go!

Ed and Brett (father and son) were honest, transparent, and skilled. Everything went smoothly and they saved me thousands of dollars by repairing my system instead of feeding me lines and trying to sell me a whole new system (which is what another local company tried to do). They gave me a good price on the repair, told me exactly what they were going to do, and there was no uncomfortable sales pitch. I would highly recommend them, they are now my go-to people for HVAC issues. They are the best quality and very reasonably priced- you won't find better for your money.

They quickly isolated the issue which was my thermostat and gave my systems a thorough checkup and found it was low on freon, which he charged back up.
I have noticed my heating bills climbing the past couple of years and I should have done this service earlier as it should lower my heating bills now that my system is functioning as it should.
Small outfit where they are more concerned about maintaining your existing system than selling you a new one like the big companies do.
Great local guys that will now come out twice a year to maintain my heating/cooling system.

My AC broke last night. Nolan returned my call this morning and came to fix it around noon. Ed found fuses in tripped circuit breaker was burned and melted and replace them. Both of Ed and his son are very professional, honest and easy to communicate. The price is also reasonable. I definitely will use their service in the future!

The blower motor had to be replaced. Nolan had one that was close, but he insisted on getting the exact replacement to ensure the system performed to spec. Next day it was replaced, on time, quickly, and with no hassle. Working great ever since.
