Bart Baxley did a very good job cleaning my carpets.
Alas, he does a poor job in writing checks. .....
He gave a rubber check to one of my friends (who is a single mother of two children.)
To make matter worse, he has not returned Any of her text messages

I was moving out of my home and wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned. There were a number of stains from the dog. I called and was answered immediately. I was able to get an appointment for first thing the next morning. They arrived on time. The carpets came out looking brand new. It took a couple hours for them to fully dry. Overall i was very happy with the speed in which they were able to arrive and the job they did.

I had a hard time initially getting in touch to make an appointment. My initial appointment was canceled that day due to an unexpected circumstance. That was frustrating since we had moved furniture in preparation for it, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We rescheduled for a week later. They (the owner, Bart and his assistant) called about 20-30 minutes before the set time. They showed up a little early which I didn't mind. They completed the cleaning ahead of schedule. Our carpets were not in bad shape, so I didn't expect a big improvement, but they came out looking fresh and clean. A couple of minor stains were removed. They were professional and pleasant to work with. Bart was apologetic about missing the initial appointment. I would call them again for future cleaning needs.

Customer is king with this company! I called Tuesday afternoon, owner answered right away and was able to work me in "around noon" the next day. Although I wasn't calling with a coupon he gave me the $99 special with a $20-ish dollar fee for my stairs. At 11:58am, the owner called and said they were running a little behind and asked if that was still okay with me. He gave me a 45min window and was there within 30min. I understand that service companies can get behind on their schedule, but I have NEVER had one be in constant communication with me and give me a realistic time frame. Bart (owner) and Cesar arrived - very pleasant and professional, and they got to work right away. I didn't time them, but it was over faster than I expected (around an hour?) ! They were able to get my pet stain out and my carpets are actually white again! While my carpets were somewhat damp, they were drier than I expected and only took a couple hours for me to feel comfortable with moving furniture back into place. Bart was very personable and as we were chatting after they were finished he noticed a small spot still on my stairs and didn't hesitate to quickly clean it up by hand. He also made sure there were no drips of water on my hardwood floors. Not only did I feel relieved to have my carpets back to beautiful, I am looking forward to have them come back! I can't wait to get my carpets cleaned again (never thought I'd be saying that) and I will be using them for upholstery cleaning on my couches.

Terrible.I used a coupon that came in a mailer. Bad idea. They had an offer of maybe $99 but when I told them I had some spots where cats had accidents,they told me it was an extra $20 or so for spot cleaner. Then they said the carpet would dry within a few hours--well three days later with fans running all the time, the carpets were still wet. And to make matters worse, one room had a huge stain on the rug after they left that was not there to begin with!! I had to use my own carpet spot remover to scrub after them and remove the damage they had done. They are a terrible company. Do NOT USE

"As a service company that tries to provide an exceptional experience for our customers, I regret that you were not happy with your service. I wanted to take a minute to respond to the negative comment posted here. We provide consistent pricing for all of our customers, always! If there are unusual or hard to remove stains, such as pet stains in this case, then we sometimes charge additional for that, as do most carpet cleaners. The $20 additional for the pet stain treatment was very reasonable, if not too reasonable. We utilize truck mounted steam cleaning systems that are low moisture, with typical dry times being 3-5 hours. I have never heard one of our customers say their carpet took days to dry. Our system leaves the carpet lightly damp for just a few hours. There was a comment about a stain coming through the carpet. If there was something in the pad of the carpet that did not show on the surface, then it could have surfaced after the cleaning. I have seen this before. If that was the case, we would have been glad to come back out and remove the stain. Our policy states that if you are unhappy with your service for any reason, we will be glad to come back and redo or reclean the area at our expense. We were never made aware there was a problem and would have gladly gone to great lengths to make it right, had there been a problem. There was no communication to us about any of this. We have over 3,500 customers in the greater Raleigh area that. We have worked very hard to build lasting relationships with our customers. Our customers call us over and over again and consistently tell us that our service is beyond what most carpet cleaners are willing to offer."

We bought our house two years ago and rented it out until we retired, sold our other house and moved to Raleigh. We did not have the carpets cleaned until this year. I don't know when they had been cleaned before, if ever. Neighborhood Carpet Care arrived on time and cleaned all of the carpets in the house. This job consisted of 7 rooms, one hall and 14 stairs. The stains that we had tried unsuccessfully to remove were gone! They cleaned an area rug for us and only charged $20. The entire process took 90 minutes and the carpets look brand new. The bill was less than the estimate and the work was superior. They have put us on their schedule to have the carpets cleaned twice a year. What a find!!!
