They did everything that goes with building a custom home. They have good reputation. It is easy to work with them. The quality of the work is 100% as expected. They were very personable, very responsive and very understanding of our needs.

When I called Mr. Dozer to come out to deal with the leaks, water, and drainage issues it took many months to get him to come out.  He said he was in the process of going bankrupt, in the process of going out of business, and didn't know when he could get here.  He sent one of the contractors that worked on the property to put some rubber sealant around the edge of the upper deck to keep the leak from draining in.  It has been a temporary fix, and we have already had to reseal it many times ourself with some type of caulking.  He damaged the cart path for golf carts that follows my property with his heavy equipment.  I could not get him back to repair the road.  He left this up to Gress', which they did not do.  When he came to my home the day after I returned to the country from 3 weeks he demanded payment.  He was intimidating and very pushy.  My bookkeeper was here.  At the time, we did not know that there were any problems with it and the check was written.  I do not recommend this contractor under any circumstances.
