I called Brian after finding his ad on Craig's List.  His diagnostic fee is only 60.00 compared to 100 or more for other companies I called.  Brian was able to come out that day and showed up when he said and was knowledgeable and friendly.  My upstairs AC had stopped pumping out cold air and he diagnosed it very quickly as a bad capacitor.  He showed me exactly what he was doing as I told him I wanted to learn about the units because I am sure problems will come up in the future.  I like to be somewhat knowledgeable about the machines that run my house.  He was more than willing to show me step by step what he was doing.  He was also very up front about his refrigerant charges.  He said prices on refrigerant have gone up significantly and he actually mentioned that on the phone before he even came out. 
Overall a very good experience and I will use him again.
