After purchasing a new home, we decided to purchase gas logs for the fireplace. We stopped by K.B. Johnson in Fuquay to look at what they had available.Beth helped us in the showroom and  easily answered  all of the many questions that we had as we knew basically nothing about gas logs. We got an estimate for installation of new gas logs, a tank and whatever else was needed. I felt as if I left there with full knowledge of the product, how it operated and how it would be installed but being the skeptic that I am, I came home and immediately did extensive online research on my own. What I found was that everything we were told was correct and that their prices were very competitive. I also found that even though we chose one of the least expensive sets they offered, they never once tried to "up- sell" us or talk us into anything we didn't need.
We scheduled the installation and when their crew arrived, they were very professional and courteous and kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. The logs and tank were installed and they fully instructed me on safety and operation of the system. The installation was professional and they cleaned up everything before leaving.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience and felt like I got an excellent value for my money.

Counter staff was helpful, yard personnel were excellent. Cylinders fully filled by the gallon or pound. No short fills. Fair prices.
