He came to evaluate water leaking in the kitchen and discovered it was the dishwasher and recommended to call the people that installed it. He went under the house and looked under the dishwasher. Before he came, I asked what his service charge was for coming out and he said no service charge. He said he would evaluate the situation and then tell me the charge. Before he left, we set up another appointment for 2 faucets that needed tightening and two drains that needed cleaning. He said we would settle up the first visit when he came back to do the second visit. With nothing other than an evaluation, I really wasn't expecting much of a charge for the first visit. When he came back to do the faucets and sink, he was an hour and a half later than the appointment but did call. Job took 20 minutes and did a great job with that but very expensive. I thought he would be fair. It was my fault for not getting a set price before the work was done. I did ask him to settle up for the first visit the day of the visit. If he had told me $120, I would not have asked him to return. I was so shocked with the price, he dropped it $100 and I was still shocked!

Hired Tim Leonard to add gas option in my laundry room for a gas dryer and a gas option in the kitchen for a stove. Tim came out, inspected, and provided an estimate for the work. He arrived to do the work when promised, and did a professional, quality install using a superior grade of flex CSST and made clean installs through tile in the laundry and through the dub flooring in kitchen behind existing stove. Had to add/extend gas distribution manifold in crawlspace to add the lines, which was also completed with a solid, clean install. Would recommend Household 360.
