When I atttempted to renew my homeowners insurance I recveived a letter from the company telling me I had 10 days to either fix the shed or get it demolished. I knew the shed was not in good shape but hadn't found anyone who was willing to even attempt the job. Gavin's Home Improvement was recommended to me and I gave Mr. Gavin a call and explained the situation. He came out the next day and gave me a bid. He also answered all of my questions. He searched for the best price for the dumpster and arranged for the delivery. Mr Gavin and his crew arrived at 7 am on Feb 3 as he promised and immediately started the job. He explained that there were some items that could not go into the dumpster such as a gasoline can, kerosene container, paint cans. All of that was carefully put aside. By 3 pm the shed was demolished but there was no more room in the dumpster. Since there was more in the shed than we realized and the addition of the tree house and other items another dumpster was needed. Mr. Gavin made the arrangements for the first dumpster to be collected and another one brought in. Since the original work was done on a Friday there couldn't be another dumpster delivered until the following week. Mr. Gavin stayed in close contact and once the dumpster was delivered he and his crew returned and completed the job. All debris was cleared to my satisfaction.
